Not much info about publisher or location in the book. Red fold out illustration to the front is present. Muddock also known as "Joyce Emmerson Preston Muddock" and "Dick Donovan" was a prolific British journalist and author of mystery, horror and science fiction. The Sunless City is rumoured to be the inspiration for the naming of Flin Flon, Manitoba. Published in 1997 .

This example was originally the property of Fulham Conservative Club Member's Lending Library, with their library bookplate to front pastedown, no further l…ibrary marks within, the book has been rebound in cloth probably at the time it was in the lending library. The cloth is very worn and faded with splits along spine edges and loss at spine ends, internally there are occasional mild handling and other marks within, three pages (pictured) had been strengthened along inner edges with tape (now removed) this has left brown staining to those inner page edges, a couple of the gatherings are standing slightly proud of the text block, else in acceptable condition.
