Center pages feature program and cast listing. Staff, credits, and directors on last leaf verso and rear cover's recto. A very good copy of an Ice Follies promotional brochure for the show's 14th season. Ice Follies was founded in 1937 by Oscar Johnson, Eddie Shipstad, and Roy Shipstad.
