Many notes and illustrations have not appeared in print before" (ix). Paper wraps with publisher's plastic reinforcement. Minimal detachment of plastc reinforcement at edges; bump to foot of spine (see images). This is otherwise a very handsome as new copy with no names, inscriptions or further defacements.
