A look at the Welsh church, up until the dissolution of the monasteries. The volume is in part a portion of an essay entered into a competition at the National Eisteddfod, an important Welsh literary festival. The volume charts the Welsh Church from the Roman Period, to the life and death of notable church figure, until the dissolution of the monasteries. Previous owners ink inscription to the half-title page. In a full cloth binding. Externally generally smart. Bumping to the head and tail of the spine, and also to the extremities.
