Minor wear to cloth along the crown and foot of the spine. Both front and rear gutters are cracked, but the text block remains tight and secure. A clean, sound copy, withdrawn from a library where i…t was last checked out on 1947. Signed by a previous owner in a couple of places (dated January 5th 1899) before being given to the library as a gift by one William G, Coxe. Library marking are not pervasive, and the book has benefited from sitting untouched for many years, as there is little wear. All illustrations are present. Pull-out chart showing the engines of the Blake. Multiple library embossings, but the effect is not obtrusive. Pages have a very mild toning. George Bell & Sons. Title page is dated 1896. No apparent copyright information. 286 pages. Please email with questions or to request photos.
