Oliver Stegmann untersucht vor diesem Hintergrund rechtsvergleichend das französische und deutsche Recht und sucht nach neuen Lösungsansätzen. - Die Einordnung einer Äußerung als Tatsachenbehauptung oder Werturteil entscheidet im deutschen Ehrenschutzrecht maßgeblich über die Zulässigkeit der Äußerung.
