Hardcover. Zustand: Very Good. A clean and crisp hardback copy in the publisher's original glazed pictorial boards. No dust jacket-as issued. 640 numbered pages. There is a circular embossed private ownership stamp in the bottom right-hand corner of the front free endpaper; the stamp is 'blind' (ie not ink) and therefore not too jarring or offensive. There is a little creasing at the head of the spine, and a couple of tiny creases on the bottom edges of the upper and lower covers (the surface on which the book sits). There is also a neat handwritten price in the top right-hand corner of the front free endpaper; unfortunately it has been written in pen and so can't be erased. Overall, a fresh and attractive copy with a few minor flaws. This substantial volume will require extra postage if ordered from overseas.…
