Single leaf, twice folded. First Edition, Variant Issue. One crease, otherwise a very nice copy This issue did not have the list of exhibitors stapled in and Larkin's text is set on the inside middle and end wrapper, rather than on the inside front and middle wrapper as called for by Bloomfield B11.
