Giuseppe Prina (Novara 1766 - Milano 1814) divenne poi effettivo Ministro delle Finanze, tale restando anche nel susseguente Regno d'Italia e finendo poi vittima della violenza popolare che identificava in lui l'opprimente fiscalismo napoleonico.…
