Wraps. Zustand: Fair. Side folding newspaper. 8 pp. A newspaper issued by the utopian religious communities established by John Humphrey Noyes in Oneida, New York and Wallingford, Connecticut. This issue contains community gossip relating to the communes, as well as a printing of the poem "Give All to Love," by Ralph Waldo Emerson. The Oneida community, established by Noyes, was a 19th century religious commune advocating communal living and free love, among other tenets. FAIR condition. Heavy chipping and tearing along the extremities, with a few large pieces missing at the lower corners resulting in loss of text to the first two leaves. Center horizontal fold crease present. Heavy diagonal crease present to the pages throughout, resulting the paper being slightly folded on itself. Minor general browning. Minor soiling and staining.

Read more about : anomaly-cluster, UFO nest, counter-rotation, Tadpole, Silbury Hill, Terence Meaden, Hilary Evans, and George Wingfield. Text is accompanied by colour photographs. Also some b/w photos and b/w drawings. Cond : Paper wrapper is yellow with black lettering. In addition to the described cover photo there are a series of drawings showing pattern similarities. Volume is clean, tight, and bright. No names nor matks. Minor edge wear. Excellent reference ! Quote (p. 83) : " In Scotland last August Mr. Sandy Reid was eye-witness to a circle as it formed.
