Minor soiling to the paper label on the top cover and minor wear with small loss to the edges of the wrappers. . Light scattered foxing and faint marks… to some pages and deckled edges. Neat name and year in fountain pen ink to the verso of the front wrapper. Neat number in the same hand to the corner of the title label. Uncommon in any condition. Probably Morison's final work with Meynell before moving to the Cloister Press. See Ian Rogerson 'The Pelican Press: An adventure in typographic design' MPL 1989. Catalogue entry 76.
