El pozo de las ánimas, en Malargüe, Mendoza, Argentina, a las puertas de la Patagonia. El ejemplar, poblado de fotos y documentación, fue editado en Mendoza por la pequeña Editor…ial Proyección en 1995.Se trata de un documento inigualable. Son 134 páginas sobre unas dimensiones de 13.5 x 20.5 cm. Algo sobre la reciente muerte del autor: Tenía 87 años, murió por covid y antes pidió un último deseo que emocionó a todos Rodolfo Rogelio Rocha era mendocino, fue internado por una neumonía bilateral y antes de partir pidió a su familia reencontrarse con alguien muy especial para él. La historia de un romántico héroe. Rodolfo Rogelio Rocha tenía 87 años y falleció por covid-19 a finales de julio de 2021. El mendocino, que había nacido en el departamento de Rivadavia, antes de dejar este plano pidió un último deseo: despedirse de su esposa con la cual vivió una historia de amor de más de 60 años. Sus hijos, nietos y personal del Hospital Universitario, donde se encontraba internado, hicieron todo lo posible para que Rodolfo pudiera mirar a los ojos una vez más a su amada Ana María y tomarla de la mano antes de partir. Entre todos comenzaron la logística para llevar adelante el encuentro tan esperado. Fue muy emotivo. Nos habían informado que sus pulmones tenían un daño irreversible y solo quedaba esperar; por eso, pedimos autorización al médico de cabecera para poder acceder con mi abuela , comparte a MDZ Gustavo Nardi (36) uno de los nietos de Rodolfo. Y así fue que Rodolfo y su amada Ana María Perez de Rocha (78), bajo todas las normas de bioseguridad del hospital, pudieron verse por última vez. La abuela padece la enfermedad de Alzheimer, pero esto no fue impedimento para que los dos sostuvieran sus miradas, se sonrieran y compartieran 40 emocionantes minutos. Fue una reunión en la cual ellos generaron un ambiente de paz y amor, solamente eran ellos en su mundo disfrutando este contacto directo , comparte con emoción Gustavo. Rodolfo Rocha covid-19 buzoANA MARÍA PUDO VISITAR A RODOLFO EN EL HOSPITAL GRACIAS A LA LOGÍSTICA DE SU FAMILIA Y PERSONAL MÉDICO. En 60 años de matrimonio los dos fueron inseparables, hasta último momento se acompañaron y desde que Rodolfo se enteró de la enfermedad de su esposa dedicó días enteros a buscar una posible cura del Alzheimer y todas las actividades cognitivas que pudieran ayudarla. Rodolfo Rocha buzo despedidaLA PAREJA COMPARTIÓ MÁS DE 60 AÑOS JUNTOS. El héroe de muchos Pero Rodolfo no solo era un romántico, además para muchos fue un héroe. Gustavo Nardi contó a MDZ que su abuelo a lo largo de su vida logró cosechar importantes hazañas que llevaron a que muchos hoy lo recuerden de manera especial. Rodolfo era buzo profesional, esto lo llevó a ser parte de importantes misiones en todo el territorio argentino durante más de 25 años. Además, siempre disfrutó de investigar y escribir, publicó más de 20 libros dedicados a su actividad, también redactó sobre historias, turismo aventuras y circuitos de la provincia de Mendoza; incluso llegó a escribir sobre la enfermedad de Alzheimer. En sus años de buzo, algunas de las misiones de las que fue parte fueron: en 1963 filmó en el Embalse El Nihuil una remoción con explosivos subacuáticos, documental inédito para ese entonces, invitado por la Federación Argentina de Actividades Subacuáticas; fue uno de los primeros buzos que se sumergieron en las profundidades del Pozo de las Ánimas, esta experiencia lo llevó a escribir en 1992 Pozo de las Ánimas: Un misterio develado .
