Please Note: (1) The tips of the corners of volume 2 are lightly bumped and show some rubbing / wear. (2) Just a hint of foxing. (3) The primary reason for the lower "Acceptable to Good" rating is due to the lower corners of volume one, approximately pages 140-270. The paper appears to be bumped with small impression dents in the paper of the corners. I do not know the cause but it might be best described as if small grains half the size of rice were in the book and then the book was closed for many years. It is a small cosmetic detraction but does not affect the text.
