The purpose of this project was to assess the impact of Pharmacist intervention on appropriateness of antimicrobial prescribing on a patients by market survey. Market survey was conducted among 30 patients about rationale use of antibiotics. It has been observed that antibiotics are prescribed enormously among patients even where they are not required.
