The record of his experiences, hardships and dangersl are graphically recounted, adding to the folk-lore of life in deep sea sailing ships. His 214 page book is illustrated with a dozen b/w illustrations. Cover cornes and spine top and base are lightly bumped, very light foxing to e/papers and page edges, small, neat inked name top FFEP. Text block excellent.
