Hardcover. Zustand: Very Good. Zustand des Schutzumschlags: Fair. 1st Edition. Blue clothbound with dustjacket. Blue cloth is clean and square; dj is rubbed and cracked along edges. Body of dj is clear and intact except for spine, which is faded and stained. Interior is very clean and tightly bound. Prior owners name and nameplate on fep are only flaws to interior. Fold-out map at rear fep is excellent, as are illustrations and maps.
