Il meccanismo di funzionamento è il fattore che determina in gran parte tali prestazioni. Tuttavia, la progettazione di tali meccanismi, che comportano movimenti discontinui, non è stata trattata in modo approfondito in letteratura. Il presente lavoro propone una procedura sistematica per la progettazione e l'analisi dei meccanismi di commutazione basati su leve. Per la progettazione ab initio di meccanismi di commutazione a doppio ginocchiera, sono stati derivati e verificati i criteri strutturali necessari affinché un meccanismo manifesti il fenomeno della doppia ginocchiera. È stato stabilito che nessun meccanismo a doppia ginocchiera può essere utilizzato direttamente come meccanismo di commutazione a meno che non vengano rispettati alcuni criteri cinematici necessari. Con l'aiuto di questi criteri sono stati costruiti alcuni meccanismi di commutazione e il loro comportamento è stato esaminato tramite simulazioni. Infine, è stato costruito un nuovo interruttore a doppia ginocchiera tenendo conto della massa e della forma geometrica dei collegamenti. È stato condotto uno studio sistematico basato sulla simulazione per identificare l'influenza di diversi parametri cinematici e dinamici sulla funzionalità di un meccanismo di commutazione a doppio bilanciere.…

O mecanismo de funcionamento é, em grande parte, determinante para o desempenho. No entanto, a conceção desses mecanismos, que envolvem movimentos descontínuos, não é amplamente abordada na literatura. O presente trabalho propõe um procedimento sistemático para conceber e analisar mecanismos de comutação baseados em alavancas. Para o projeto ab initio de mecanismos de comutação de alavanca dupla, foram derivados e verificados os critérios estruturais necessários para que um mecanismo exiba o fenómeno de alavanca dupla. Estabeleceu-se que nenhum mecanismo de alavanca dupla pode ser utilizado diretamente como mecanismo de comutação, a menos que sejam seguidos alguns critérios cinemáticos necessários. Com a ajuda destes critérios, foram construídos alguns mecanismos de comutação e os seus comportamentos foram examinados através de simulações. Por fim, foi construído um novo interruptor de alavanca dupla, tendo em consideração a massa e a forma geométrica das articulações. W niniejszej pracy zaproponowano systematyczn¿ procedur¿ projektowania i analizy mechanizmów prze¿¿czaj¿cych opartych na mechanizmie typu toggle. W celu zaprojektowania od podstaw mechanizmów prze¿¿czaj¿cych z podwójnym prze¿¿cznikiem wywiedziono i zweryfikowano kryteria konstrukcyjne niezb¿dne do uzyskania zjawiska podwójnego prze¿¿cznika. Ustalono, ¿e ¿aden mechanizm z podwójnym prze¿¿cznikiem nie mo¿e by¿ bezpo¿rednio wykorzystany jako mechanizm prze¿¿czaj¿cy, chyba ¿e spe¿nione s¿ pewne niezb¿dne kryteria kinematyczne. Z pomoc¿ tych kryteriów skonstruowano kilka mechanizmów prze¿¿czaj¿cych, a ich zachowanie zbadano za pomoc¿ symulacji. Na koniec skonstruowano nowatorski prze¿¿cznik z podwójnym prze¿¿cznikiem, uwzgl¿dniaj¿c mas¿ i ksztät geometryczny elementów ¿¿cz¿cych.
