He eventually relocated to California, and his papers came to rest at UCLA, mentioned for benefit of those who may be inspired to conduct further research into his ouevre. A pretty scarce book (only eight copies in OCLC, only one other in online commerce at the moment of cataloging, November 2015), but does anybody really care.
