Chart is very clean and intact except for slight darkening and repairs on the front and back along the fold lines. Two vertical fold lines and one horizontal fold line. Repairs on the front are limited to the margins; most of the repairs are on the back. Titles are printed in the left area within each survey. A printed vertical line extending from the top and bottom of the compass rose demarcates the boundaries of the two surveys. In the upper-left corner is "No. 45."
