First editions, thus, of these scarce theatre programmes detailing the life and successful rising career of the actress often called "The American Sarah Bernhardt" who appeared in wildly successful The Heart of Maryland in 1898, the long running Zaza beginning in 1898, and later Madame du Barry afterwards.
