The inscriptions are dated 9/30/03. The book was almost certainly signed at the book's release party at the Icehouse bistro in Las Vegas on that same day. Laid-in is Jon Ralston's long book review (filling more than a full page in the Las Vegas Sun, Oct 12, 2003). Fine condition in a bright and shiny Near Fine dust jacket.
