Hardcover. 8vo. pp x, 182. Blue cloth varient binding. Publisher's navy boards decorated and lettered in light blue and gilt at front and spine. 26 plates in black and white, and colour. With a bookplate presenting this copy to R & W Hutton, Leslie & Co.; ship builders and locomotive manufacturers from 1886-1982. good plus condition. Occasional foxing throughout, more heavily spotted at prelims. Dusty top edge and a little rubbed.

Hardcover. Zustand: Very Good. 3-volume with. With 78 fine color plates after paintings by Spurling. Blue cloth covers with gilt decoration show minor wear and rubbing. Pages are lightly tanned with minor foxing and a few small tidemarks.
