The book is illustrated with drawings by Ralph and photographs by Anna. Published in an edition of 64 copies, this is one of 10 deluxe copies with original Ralph Steadman art for endpapers. This edition is also signed by Ralph Steadman, Anna Steadman, and Joe Petro III and lays into a folding clamshell box.
