Minor edge wear, shel…f wear, soiling / discoloration to cover. Front end paper split for 3/4" from foot of fold. A moisture stain affects the same area on the back end papers for 2" from the foot of the spine fold, and there is additionally a larger but lighter offsetting damp stain on the outer portion of the end papers. Binding is square and tight. Pages are gently age toned but clean and unmarked.
