Zustand: Good. 1971. No Edition Remarks. 71 pages. Brown paper covers. Black and white illustrated plates. Light tanning to pages. More prominent to text block edges and reverse of covers. Hinges are lightly cracked but covers remain firmly attached. Binding otherwise remains firm. Paper covers are slightly bowed and have light edge-wear and corner curling with mild tanning and scuffing overall. Spine has minor rolling and creasing.

Both volumes bear the previous owners name (an art dealer) at the top of the front endpaper. Vol. I reproduces as exactly as possible the pages (33pp.) in the sketchbook without attempting to match the paper used, so all images are in grey and Vol II is 56pp. of text including an introduction by Denys Sutton and 58 b/w illustrations. The slipcase is in good condition with general light shelfwear.
