The front hinge is cracked and the front cover is only attached by the webbing. The cover is dust stained. No date of publication mentioned, but appears to be late 1800s or early 1900s.

Soft cover. Zustand: Good. Entire issue, May 11, 1889, in original wraps, 16pp, printed in triple columns, minor water-staining noted along bottom and fore margin. Please note: issues were printed on cheap paper, and are prone to chipping and tearing. Scarce.
