Hardcover. Zustand: Very Good. No Jacket. A very good copy of the hard cover edition, lacking a dust-jacket, perhaps as issued. Binding is quarter leather, with marbled endpapers. The text, which is in French, is wholly unmarked, pristine. Binding is solid: no splitting of the seams, thus no wobble to the boards, Evident wear/rubbing at the spines seams, and fraying of the leather at the top of the spine, and bottom-third portion of the spine is partially loose. Gilt lettering is still quite bright and fresh in appearance. A sharp copy.

paperback. Zustand: Good. 675 p., clean and unmarked on strong paper mildly age-toned; ill.; binding firm; yellow pictorial wrapper is clean with light edge wear; small but pronounced stain on fore-edge that did not bleed through to pages.
