I often think of the choices as a parallel universe, like. How would they/people around them act based on their sex? And then sometimes I try to blend the worlds and make it seem…as if everything or both perspectives are happening at the same time, while also trying to create an RPG game-like interface. I don't know if I managed to convey that properly here but.Im Single Since You Left is a short interactive fiction, where you assume the POV (Point-of-View) of a writer, who is struggling financially while also coming to terms that their first love is meant for someone else and not them.You get to make choices that will affect dialogue/scenes, as well as the ending.A short playlist titled after the name of the book, should also be available on Youtube and Spotify. Hopefully. (-_-)The playlist is an attempt to try and capture the feel as well as the theme of the book. Truth be told, I also had a few of the songs on repeat, while writing/typing out this story. The clip showed a heavily pregnant woman who was having a casual conversation with an elderly man, and it is only at the end of clip that we realize that the man is her father, who is in that moment failing to recognize her.
