Light wear to extremities, Ex-library plate and ink stamp on ffep, title page and ink stamping again on top of one… plate, no rear pocket, etc. ever put in. Otherwise clean binding, well bound, clean and unmarked. 13 photographic plates. Hand-colored map in front, open to 10 x 17 inches, has two inch tear, light off setting, o/ very clean. A very early Library commission report with an outstanding hand color map of Vermont showing counties with free public libraries, some with state aid, others by private means. Many counties are left blank and are not colored. Scans made; inquires welcome.
