Wraps. Zustand: Very Good. 9 x 6 in. stapled pamphlet. 32 pp. Blue and white paper wraps. Front wrapper has OARP Ltd. logo and motto "Youth for Work / Age for Leisure." Below it, a Townsend Club membership card with perforated edges, filled in by previous owner with black ink but not punched out. Some faint soiling to wraps, first and last leaves, rest of text clean. Laid in is small (4.25 x 2.75 in) membership application card, filled in with pencil by previous owner (Edith Farr of Medway, MA). Townsend & Clements' outline for a pension program intended to relieve the economic effects of the Great Depression.
