Tuttavia, la ricerca ha evidenziato la necessità del Paese di adattarsi a un sistema di trasporto che integri diverse modalità, sia efficiente e compatibile con le dimensioni e il volume del Paese e risponda alla diversità economica del Paese. Na parte documental, contou-se com documentos da empresa que relatam sobre a história, missão e estrutura da empresa, bem como os dados do volume de vendas e da logística reversa entre os meses de agosto de 2013 a agosto de 2014. No entanto, verificou-se com a pesquisa a necessidade de adequação do país a um sistema de transporte de integração de diferentes modais, que seja eficiente e compatível com a extensão e volume territorial e que atenda à diversidade econômica nacional.
