A spectacular collection of black and white photographs (and a few color), drawings, blueprints and with several additional articles laid in by the previous owner, including reprints of Architectural Record. The book is very good plus condition, lacks the dust jacket. Some very light sunning to the spine, the boards overall are in good condition, light bumping to the corners. The binding is intact and strong. There is an elegant inked in signature from the previous owner at the top of the front free page. The book itself is absolutely clean and unmarked, there is some loosening of the text block from the binding near the very end of the book but it's still absolutely sound. Some slight rippling of the pages in the index section at the end as well. Otherwise some light toning to the top of the page edges only, rear hinge is solid as well as the front.
