Neuware -This study examined ways in which the technology constitutes a challenge to human resources managers in the transportation sector, using QUIPUX as a case study. To ascertain this, 10 respondents were drawn from the operating areas in Abid…jan. Data were collected using both primary and secondary sources and a response rate of 90 % was obtained.
