This book has been read but is in respectable condition: it is clean, with no stains and the original owner's name block printed in pencil on the last page; that is the only writing in the book. Both covers are detached and the covers and the 16 internal pages have edge wear--short tears, creases and folds, none of which affect the text or the illustrations. Every time that Santa's red suit appears--on the front cover and 8 times in the inside--it is literally "fuzzy".
