Discoloration fore-edge of front cover near bottom {possible spill?}. Interior text is clean and tight in binding. Numerous black and white illustration plates, no ownership or other markings. Due to the large size of this book, it will require additional shipping. Size: Elephant Folio - over 15" - 23" tall.

VG+, appears unread. Slight bow to the whole from improper storage which will counteract with sustained weight upon the book over time. Crisp corners.

Work of the American illustrator, largely rural and hunting scenes.

Solid text block, sunned spine, foxing to covers, a very good example. Previous ownership inscription to front free endpaper. Housed in a custom gray cloth chemise and slipcase, title in gilt on black morocco label affixed to spine.
