This original binding was done by J. G. Noble & Co., Denver. The marginal wash drawings were done by George Berger. These photographs are attributed to W. H. Jackson & Co., Jackson's firm. He remains one of the most respected landscape photographers of the American West In 2002, he was inducted into the International Photography Hall of Fame.
