Overall, a solid, tight and bright, Very Good+ copy in a like dust jacket, which has mild sunning at the spine ends, and some slight wear to the spine ends and corners. Wrapped in an acetate jacket that was trimmed short. Housed in a Very Good cloth slipcase, which is rubbed, and has some faint areas of sunning and smudging. Williams claimed that he did not approve of the publishing of this letter collection, although this is belied by the fact that he was involved in publishing the earlier Italian edition (Verona, 1976).
