A left-stapled magazine measuring 8-1/2" by 11" and containing 16 pages including front and rear covers. Nomenus, Inc. was founded in 1984 as a spiritual, non-profit organization open to Radical Faerie-identified gay men. In 1987, Nomenus purchased the Magdalene Farm (a Maoist commune since the mid-1970s) and renamed it The Wolf Creek Sanctuary which spans 80 acres at Wolf Creek in southern Oregon. The Sanctuary, as Nomenus has written, "is a living project, an experiment exploring the nature of Radical Faerie spirituality and community" and hosts gatherings, workshops, rituals and circles throughout the year.
