Beat was published by Stephen Zepeda, who also founded Beat Records and worked as a concert promoter in Long Beach. Digest size (7" x 10"): 34 p. with black-and-white illustrations. Bound with two staples in white paper wrappers printed in black and red. Mild toning along the extremities; otherwise very good.
