Each chapter is devoted to an interdependent group of topics, such as power, balance and wisdom, or explains how your current mental state is your karma, and integrates their different elements into a coherent whole. The chapters are arranged in a developmental order, beginning with the basics and culminating in the samadhis. While the reader/listener may know about the spiritual topics he discusses, Rama explains the many sides of each one.
