In fair condition, suitable as a study copy. Large 8vo. Green cloth binding with simple blind border and blind stamp mirrored on boards. Gilt lettering on backstrip. Some shelf wear including bumped corners and some fraying to ends of backstrip. Several small stains on backstrip and backboard. Black end papers, front ones have corner missing. Binding loose. Interior is secure, clean and clear except for some foxing. Contains numerous illustrations and fold out plate at rear. A couple of ink blots on edge.
