In the last decade computers have also been introduced into Cypriot primary schools at a slow but steady pace. While there have been many qualitative studies about using computers for improved language acquisition in many parts of the world, this does not hold true for Cyprus. This book is based on a qualitative study and takes a look at using computer assisted instruction in the primary ESL classroom in Cyprus.
