For teachers these technological tools are of utmost importance…because they directly or indirectly affect the teaching-learning processes, i.e., this research explains the incidence of the use of ICTs and creativity in the subject Protocol and Events.The research has a mixed approach with field modality, it is supported by a quasi-experimental research with the method (ADDIE), focused on 5 phases: analysis, design, development, implementation and evaluation. In addition, it has a longitudinal, transversal and causal bibliographic-documentary background study. Seventh semester students participate in the research, who are divided into two groups: the first group applies the Pontoow tool, while the second group continues with traditional classes.Likewise, for their starting point, a pre-test and post-test with validity and reliability tests are applied to demonstrate the relationship between their variables, by means of the non-parametric Mann-Whitn U test.
