Dutch language digest of a four-month tour through innermost dutch territory of Surinam (Guyanas), by the then Secretary to the dutch Missionary association of the brethern of Zeist (Herrnhuth). His obervations on missionary achievements and progress, incl. of the branch medical mission. Author was a former missionary to Surinam for an extendet time preceding his Secretary-ship. Good copy. Still of interest. (extremities to boards with some light shaving, spine-ends with some damage, a light split to inner joint between pages 8-9, firmly holding however).
