Robinson p. 25: 'She was the first full-time woman traveller'. The author describes her travels in 1845 in interesting detail with some emphasis on the people and their customs, scenery, notable buildings and events. The US edition of same year had no plates, which are of scenery, geysers, Copenhagen, Christiania, Falls of Trolhatta, Stockholm, mines of Dannemora, etc. A picture of this book is available on request.
