The proposed approach gives solution for emergency services like ambulance and fire trucks, in order to avoid traffic and reach the destination in time. This proposed system architecture is based on deep learning algorithm and with support Internet-of Things (IoT) devices. The problem of ambulance and fire engine getting stuck in traffic jam increasing and nearly 20% of emergency patients death were caused by traffic jam in a year. To overcome this problem, handling of traffic and emergency situation by detecting the ambulance or fire engine about 100 meters away by blocking other ways and sets back to normal operation after it crossed the signal. The end results, the emergency vehicles to pass through the traffic with no or minimum waiting time. In future work, need to avoid the uneven traffic flow and enhancing the safety.

The second chapter focuses on consumer behaviour, the personality of consumers, their decisions and subcultures. The third chapter discusses the issue of business behaviour. It characterizes businessmen, their personalities in terms of the Big five model and looks at business behaviour in terms of ethics. In the fourth chapter, NLP is combined with business behaviour describing the possibilities of using NLP in this field. The fifth chapter is devoted to the research conducted, using the NLP methodology to examine the consumer's personality and compare the results to previous research. The aim of this study was to determine the characteristics of Anatolian bee venom by evaluating its chemical content and microbiological properties. Physical, chemical and micr…obiological analyses were performed on 25 bee venom samples from different areas of Anatolia, Turkey. Data obtained by 3-replicate studies were evaluated with normality and one-way and two-way ANOVA / Tukey tests. Chemical analyses of the bee venoms revealed average melittin, apamin, and phospholipase A2 contents of 40.57%, 2.12% and 13.67%, respectively. The results suggest that Anatolian bee venom has a high phospholipase A2 content compared to the previous literature. The results for apamin content were similar to those reported in other countries. Melittin content was within the range of standard values. Total aerobic mesophilic bacteria counts revealed no microbial development in 11 samples of bee venom. Staphylococcus aureus was not detected in any sample. A low microbial load was associated with a high phospholipase A2 contontent in the bee venom composition, thus contributing to its antimicrobial character. 52 pp. Englisch.

In this study, green tender jack fruits were harvested from 60 to 70 days after s…ynthesis. The fruits were sliced and dipping into different solutions viz. control (T1), 0.5% salt solution (T2), 0.2% citric acid solution (T3), 1000 ppm potassium metabisulfite (KMS) (T4), 1000 ppm KMS + 0.5% salt (T5), 1000 ppm KMS + 0.2% citric acid (T6), 0.5% salt + 0.2% citric acid (T7) and 1000 ppm KMS+ 0.2% citric acid+ 0.5% salt (T8). Then the treated sliced was steam blanched at 85°C temperature for 8 min. The roasted beef spices were mixed and then dried at 50°C, 60°C and 70°C temperature owing to preparation RTC. Results revealed that RTC dried at 50°C, 60°C and 70°C temperature took 72 hrs., 48 hrs. and 36 hrs. respectively. Low KMS residue was observed with increasing blanching time and drying temperature. The marketable life of the RTC jackfruit could be extended to more than 6 months. 52 pp. Englisch.

Ov…erwhelmingly, the majority of marketers, both business and political, have started to use some form of multimedia tricks for promotional purposes. The overall purpose of this research is to find out the contribution of multimedia in business promotion, characterize the similarities and differences of the use of multimedia practices as promotional tool by business companies. This research is exploratory in nature and the data collected is qualitative. In order to conduct this research, we have interviewed two business companies of telecommunication field in Rwanda, notably MTN and AIRTEL. Taking into account the new communication paradigm, we asked questions about how they use each element of the promotional mix in multimedia practices. The findings showed that the use of multimedia for promotional purposes was rather similar between both companies. 64 pp. Englisch.
