En 2018, Editorial SUPER LABO decidió imprimir el libro Sandwich de ayer, 1965-1980, parte 2.Se puede decir, que este libro es una continuación o adición al libro del mismo nombre y publicado por PHAIDON en 2007 (y reimpreso por ésta en 2009).Dio la casualidad de que tuve suerte: pude "descubrir el método", con el que pude obtener imágenes que formaron la base de estos dos libros. Esto sucedió a mediados de los años 60, cuando apareció una película de DIA en color. Era una nueva fototecnología para esa época.Sin darme cuenta, coloqué una película revelada sobre la otra, vi cómo las imágenes elementales de cada fotograma individual de una película se combinaban con la otra película. Y estas sumas de dos marcos, me habían estado dando unas imágenes complejas e inusuales. Al mover y cambiar las combinaciones de marcos, pude obtener muchas imágenes, de las cuales pude hacer mi elección.
