XXix page preface, errata leaf + 276 pages with 8 folding maps, with outline hand-colouring including a large triple folding map as a frontispiece, all on thicker cartridge paper, (all maps are folding as it is an uncut copy as issued in 1810) still in sugar paper boards, though these may be later?, wide margins. Some foxing to yellow endpapers and a little browning to top edge of last few leaves and some ingrained dustiness at the last page also, title page has a dust line along base and some light handling spots. No inscriptions, smells or staining, a handsome copy on hand-made cartridge paper with the watermark dated 1809 in the weave. Large quarto. Measures 12 x 10 inches. (30 x 25 cm). *Scarce with the maps all folding with wide blank margins, often when found in a rebound leather these are cut and just single sided maps, only 1 map here is single page size.
