Three signatures are followed by the signatory's official position, and are dated 7 February, 1964. Title page dated (6 September 1963) and inscribed in ink: 'Presented by the Sarawak Gov't Information Service'. With the 2 large colour folding maps at the rear (and the smaller folding map within).
