Original dark red embossed cloth boards.with gilt title on upper board.Numerous black & white illustration of which 10 are full page.This copy has been expertly rebacked and has new endpapers. Some scatttered pale foxing on a few pages. This is an ex library copy and has a few discrete perforated library marks , There are a few contemporary pen corrections on pages p.38,.p.42 & p.43 very discrete and only one per page. There is also a pen signature of the original owner at the head of the title page. Ferguson 11062. This is the most sought after book in Australian Wine Collecting.
